My name is Liz... I am a 20 something small town girl from Minnesota... I am a wife, mommy, free-lance writer for the local papers, AND photographer!

I love photography and art... and I always have! I tend to see things as I would through a camera lens even when my camera is no where near me... I am constantly looking around me and saying "I wish I had my camera"... and when I have my camera I am constantly taking pictures.

So... I decided it was time to follow my dream and pursue my passion. Memories By Lizzie Photography was began right in my home in the summer of 2006. The business continued to grow, and the dream became even more of a reality in May of 2009 when the studio moved into a great space on Main Avenue in Harmony.

I do everything from weddings to babies, families to senior portraits... pets, prenatal portraits, and glamour shots. I'll shoot on location or at my studio and I dabble a bit in still and nature photogaphy as well... I do many kinds of finishes on my portraits... color, sepia, antiqued, and I love black and white photography! I love the artistic shots as much as the traditional ones...

I try to capture the subject's personality with each photo I shoot. I have my camera ready and when I see a natural scene, position, facial expression... "snap!" I take the picture... I will get you talking and laughing, while trying to make you forget I have a camera pointed at you... the goal is natural and beautiful... the sum of the background, body position, and facial expression are what make the perfect photograph... will you let me capture you on my camera?
